Multipole cables  CABLES FOR DATA TRANSMISSION, CONTROL AND SIGNALLING

The shielded multi-conductors cables are particulary suited for use in control, signalling, command and measurement systems in a data transmission and electronic environment.
The conductor can be formed of single red or tinned copper wires with a diameter that varies from 0.05 mm to 0.20 mm, depending on the required flexibility. The insulation in DIN 47100 colours or at the customer’s request, consist of a polyvinyl chloride, polyethylene or thermoplastic rubber mixture with heat resistance that varies from 80 to 105°C and with a thickness of the insulation guarantees use with an operating voltage between 30 and 300V.

Stranding is done in concentric layers with polyester tape; the sequence of colours is arranged at the customer’s request.
The shield consists of a braid of red or tinned copper with a coverage higher than 80%. The sheath is made of a standard PVC, flame-resistant or oil-resistant. Polyurethane or thermoplastic rubber mixtures can also be used for applications in specific sectors.
The sheath is normally coloured on a basis of the RAL table, but its colour can also be to the specific request of the customer.
At the request the sheath can also be printed with the customer’s company logo.
The products can also be supplied in conformity with UL and CSA standards for styles 2095, 2464, 2661, 2969, 20668 and others at the request of the customer.
