Round cables FLEXIBLE AND VERY FLEXIBLE CABLES FOR MOBILE, FLAMERESISTANT AND OILRESISTANT APPLICATIONS

The multi-conductors cables in this family are particularly suited for use in transport, command and measurement systems. The conductor can be formed of single wires with a diameter that varies from 0.05 mm to 0.20 mm, depending on the required flexibility. The insulation consists of a polyvinyl chloride, polyethylene or thermoplastic rubber mixture with heat resistance of up to 105°C. The thickness of the insulation guarantees good resistance to abrasion and flexure with working voltages of up to 300V. Stranding is done in concentric layers, with the sequence of colours arranged at the customer's request with modern manufacturing solutions to guarantee higher efficiency and lasting use, especially where the use of the cable demands particular characteristics of speed and acceleration resistance.

The sheath is made of a standard, flame-resistant or oil-resistant polyvinyl chloride mixture. Polyurethane or thermoplastic rubber mixtures can also be used for applications in specific sectors, or where high resistance to the cold is required. The sheath is normally coloured on the basis of the RAL table, but its colour can also be to the specific request of the customer. At the request, the sheath can also be printed with the customer's company logo. The numerous versions make these cables suitable for use in mobile applications. The products can also be supplied in conformity with UL and CSA standards for styles 2095, 2464, 2661, 2969, 20668, 2587 and others at the request of the customer.
